Heart to Fool - Natureboy (Natureboy, 2010)

As if the fingers of the wind reached across the land from our midwest home, pulling at the edges of my chest through the buttons of my coat. Winter, finally. Haven’t had a drink in a week. Every ounce of the holiday glut leaving this body like hot fog through the eyes. Curling in the arms of the afternoon with this the only thing that feels right or penetrates the hum of firsts coursing from head to toe. Best I’ve felt in forever.
